What are iGET alarms?
iGET SECURITY M5-4G is an intelligent security system for home, cottage, land, but also for shops or offices. It consists of a central control unit and various types of wireless sensors, which can be extended with wireless cameras and other gadgets. It is controlled via a mobile app and its big advantage is the ease of installation and operation, the possibility of expanding with additional sensors and connecting them wirelessly without a bunch of cables around. You can choose from two variants of iGET SECURITY M5-4G Lite or iGET SECURITY M5-4G Premium, which are basically the same but differ according to the included accessories.
How does it actually work?
The iGET SECURITY M5-4G security system consists of a central unit and sensors, cameras or smart sockets connected to it. The central unit acts as the brains of the entire system - it provides control of the connected sensors and accessories and control of the entire system.
Wireless accessories of various types can be connected to the central unit - door and window sensors, motion sensors, smoke, vibration or water leak sensors. Another option is to connect cameras, sirens and controlled smart sockets, e.g. for household appliances.
The entire system is set up and controlled via a free mobile app for Android and iOS. A key fob (remote control) is available for quick operation, and a wireless keypad with RFID key is available for the extended model.

The most secure encryption of central unit and sensor communication
Since the data transmission between the central unit and the individual sensors is wireless, it must be protected. It is therefore equipped with 256-bit encryption, which has not yet been broken.
Sensors with a range of up to 1 km
The wireless data transmission between the main unit and the sensors works at a range of up to 1 km. It can therefore be used even on large sites or for larger objects.
Sensor battery life of several years
The sensors are powered by batteries with a lifetime of up to 5 years. The app will remind you in time if they need to be recharged or replaced. Their status can also be continuously checked in the app.
Central unit with battery backup
The central control unit is plugged into a socket. However, if the power goes out or the thieves decide to deactivate the alarm by disconnecting the electricity, they will not succeed. The central unit has a backup battery with a minimum of 8 hours of battery life to ensure that the property is not left unattended.
Protection, but also household management
In addition to a variety of sensors and cameras, the iGET SECURITY M5-4G system can also be connected to smart controlled outlets. You can use them to control e.g. lighting, air conditioning and other household appliances via the app and set their start or timer to run.
Large selection of accessories to extend security
The iGET SECURITY M5-4G system can be expanded with more than 20 other types of iGET accessories. These include smoke detectors, sirens, smart buttons for setting any function), FullHD cameras or a water sensor that provides an early warning of a possible flood under the washing machine or dishwasher.
Easy setup and control via mobile app
Pair the iGET SECURITY M5-4G alarm with the iGET app on your mobile phone, and then everything can be controlled remotely from halfway around the world. Through the app, you can remotely control and set up the entire system and always have the outputs from all connected sensors and cameras at hand. It's just as easy to add an unlimited number of other accessories - just scan the sensor or camera code with your phone, add it to the app and you're done. The app is available in Czech, Slovak and many other languages.
Connecting to the internet in multiple ways
The iGET SECURITY M5-4G alarm requires an internet connection to function fully. You can choose a wireless WiFi connection, 4G LTE mobile data connection or an Ethernet cable connection.
Automatic updates and special features
The entire M5 system has automatic upload of updates to keep the system up and running. It supports connection to a central protection console (PCO), so it can be connected to security agencies to keep an eye on your property. The system is also equipped with special features such as Caretaking mode for elderly members of the household, Doorbell as a welcome gong e.g. in a shop and many other features linked to current events and automation at any given point in time. A great advantage is also the possibility of custom naming of sensors and all accessories and a special Smart Button to which you can assign a function of your choice.
Option to add more users
The control of an iGET alarm does not have to be tied to one person. It allows you to add additional user accounts, which are divided into 3 levels according to the rights for setting and control.
