Complaints and returns

Complaints about iGET products:
1. You can make a claim either at your dealer or directly at an authorized service center by entering a new claim request through the claim portal. The portal will then assign you an RMA number, which you will use to mark your product and send to the service center along with a copy of your purchase receipt.

If you send the device without an RMA number, the device may be delayed in being received by the service centre and if it cannot be identified as a claim, the device may be returned.

2. Place the reclaimed product in the original box or in a sturdy box so that it cannot be damaged during transport of the reclaimed product to the service center.

3. Damaged products during shipment to the service center are not covered by the warranty claim. Claims must be filed with the shipping service.

4. Before making a claim yourself, first check whether a repair/update is already present on your product's website, read our support website with instructions and procedures or contact our technical support at our helpdesk.

5. BACK UP YOUR CONTACTS AND OTHER DATA (APPS, PHOTOS, VIDEOS, etc.) BEFORE COMPLAINTING, OR YOU WILL EXPOSE YOURSELF TO POSSIBLE LOSS OF ALL YOUR DATA!
