iGET SECURITY P12 is not compatible with the version of the iGET SECURITY M2B alarm with serial numbers M2B20131220xxxx! It is fully compatible with all other serial numbers! Please note that further information is provided in the "Warnings/Restrictions" below!
Outdoor solar siren P12
It is an outdoor solar siren for placement e.g. on a house, garage, cottage, etc. It is designed for the iGET SECURITY M3B and M2B alarms. This siren is only compatible with other brands of alarms that support the 433 MHz siren band !
Main parameters:
- the outdoor solar siren is designed for all places where it is also suitable to trigger an outdoor alarm
- compared to conventional sirens, it does not need power from a 230V AC adapter, which is very difficult to connect to the house at a sufficient height
- in case of an alarm, it produces an emergency tone of 110 dB, while also illuminating the bright red LEDs in the device
- contains a rear safety iron grip, i.e. if the siren is accidentally dismantled, it immediately triggers the alarm
- the siren is stably powered from the solar panel, the backup battery can signal several alarms, i.e. the siren is always active
- easy expansion of the basic alarm set
- really solid construction, which is very well sealed against water ingress, weatherproof
The siren responds immediately, without delay. It cannot be used with a delayed alarm setting.
When using this siren, the alarm must be operated using the key fob, i.e. activation/deactivation takes place immediately.
Therefore, it cannot be used in a delayed detection zone since the alarm is raised immediately, not after the countdown to enter the code is over.
