It is necessary to enter accessory names without diacritics and special characters.
It is necessary to take a picture of these QR codes and send them using the helpdesk system. The technician will generate new QR codes that are already fully functional and send them. We apologize for these complications, the helpdesk system is here: https://helpdesk.intelek.cz
- Open the list where the accessory is. On the row where the accessory is, make a right to left swipe, on this row in the right part you will be asked if you want to delete. For the IP camera, click on the name of the camera, at the bottom of the screen it asks if you want to delete.
- When setting up with the iGET M4 app, turn off the data transfer on your mobile phone, leaving only the WiFi connection on.
- check if the card is actually activated, i.e. insert it into the mobile phone and send a text message from it to another mobile phone, if it is sent and delivered, it is ok,
- "Peel" the SIM card to the smallest microSIM size and insert it into the SIM card adapter, see link e.g. below. This is because some SIM cards are narrow and the alarm cannot load them without the reducer, the reducer will add to the thickness of the SIM card and it will already be loaded.
